Hello Annunciation Family,  There was an error when uploading the weekly bulletin online last week, that is why no one is able to open the bulletin from Dec. 24th. Our apologies.  We may not get that sorted out until after new years. In the meantime, please pick up a weekly bulletin at the church on Sunday.   We have rehearsal every Tuesday at 5:30 pm -7 pm. Of Course there will be some exceptions:  No Choir rehearsal on December 26, 2023 No Choir rehearsal on January 2, 2024 There will be Choir rehearsal on Wednesday January 3, 2024 at 5:30 pm  Also choir will not sing on December 31, 2023

Greetings to All Parishioners! Firstly, this is a Friendly Reminder that  Christmas  Cards  will be printed in the morning! If you forgot to submit your name, you may do so by  responding to this email  with the appropriate information by  8 am Wednesday Morning, 12/13/23.  This is a Beautiful way to honor loved ones and to deliver your Christmas Wishes to the Community.  You may  pay online at  www.wsgoc.org/donate   and choose  Christmas Donation  from the drop-down menu. Secondly, The Greek Letters  "Beta" Ββ  are missing from the Memorial Box for Koliva located in the office. If you have used these letters, please return to the Church Office as soon as possible.  Thirdly, There is also a  CORRECTION  to our  New Years Dance 2024 announcement:  There will be  NO  Divine Liturgy and  NO  Holy Communion at 8:30 PM on Sunda y Evening, Dec 31, 2023, before the NYE Dance. Orthros and Divine Liturgy for St. Basil will be held on Monday Morning, January 1st, 2024 at 8:45 am inste

Early Voting is December 5-8 from 10am-2pm only in the church office. Election Day is Sunday, December 10th after the Divine Liturgy until 2pm in the Hellenic Center.   Absentee ballots ARE acceptable but MUST BE COMPLETED IN THE OFFICE, in person, ONLY from Tuesday December 5 to Friday December 8, ONLY between 10am-2pm NO proxies are allowed A parishioner must have paid their Stewardship in full last year (2022) and must have pledged for this year (2023) by December 8th BEFORE receiving a ballot. Other situations must be pre-approved by the Proistamenos according to the 2018 Bylaws. The Office will provide a list of eligible voters to the Board of Elections on Friday, 5pm, December 8th.
