VOLUNTEER FESTIVAL PARKING

Dear Parishioners, this is a message regarding VOLUNTEER PARKING during the GREEK FESTIVAL:

FESTIVAL VAN SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

 Friday & Saturday 9:00AM - 10:30PM Continuously
Sunday 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM Continuously

 

PARKING

· ON FRIDAY - Our volunteers may ONLY park at the CHURCH OF CHRIST on Keating Drive, AFTER 1:00 PM.  PLEASE DO NOT PARK THERE BEFORE 1:00 PM.  Church Volunteers may park at the back parking lot at the SOCCER FIELDS.  

· FRIDAY AFTERNOON & EVENING -  ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL PARK AT THE PARK WEST OFFICE BLDG  next to Silas Creek & Country Club

 Park away from the building during their office hours.   The SHUTTLE VAN will pick you up.


· SATURDAY & SUNDAY - ALL DAY  -  PARK AT PARK WEST BLDG.
It is the office building next to Silas Creek on Country Club.  The SHUTTLE VAN will pick you up.

***Please arrange to have your car on our church parking lot

1/2 hour before the end of the evening shifts.

Nick was born March 1, 1934 in Klapsi, Greece  to Thomas Nicholas  & Fotini Hamberis Mathes.  His early years were spent in his beloved village of Klapsi, where he expressed his adventurous and mischievous spirit accompanied by his equally mischievous friends, many of whom he remained close to until the end. During the Greek Civil War, Nick was separated from his family fleeing a siege in Karpenisi.  His family frantically searched for him, fearing he'd been captured by the Communist Party.  Fortunately, Nick had fallen into the Greek Nationalist Camp & was safely returned to his family after 3 terrifying days.
