The Falling Asleep of Stephanos “Steve” Palamaris

Stephanos “Steve” Ieronimos Palamaris January 9, 1940 - September 3, 2025 It is with much sadness, yet with hope in the Resurrection, that we announce the falling asleep of Mr. Stephanos “Steve” Ieronimos Palamaris, 85, who fell asleep in the Hands of the Lord on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. He was born January 9, 1940, in Ysternia, on the island of Tinos, Greece. He was the son of Ieronimos and Angeliki Palamaris. He married Konstantina Mitsios in 1966 and in 1968 they immigrated to the United States with their two children. He was a member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, where he happily volunteered at the Greek Festival for many years. He was the owner of Carolina Battery and his family will always remember him as a hard-working and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Steve enjoyed spending time at the beach fishing with friends and family. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often seen tending to his garden or relaxing outside on the deck while listening to ...
