| Αγαπητοί μας εν Χριστώ φίλοι & ενορίτες, Τα Άγια Θεοφάνεια του Κυρίου ημών Ιησού Χριστού είναι η σημαντικότερη εορτή της Ορθοδόξου Εκκλησίας στην αρχή του Νέου Έτους. Είναι ημέρα αγιασμού και πνευματικής ευφροσύνης των Ορθοδόξων Χριστιανών. Η ευαγγελική επιβεβαίωση του Θεού Πατέρα για το Μεσσιανικό έργο του Χριστού επί της γης, αποτελεί σημαντικό κίνητρο για κάθε έναν από εμάς, να «αναβαπτίσουμε» τα θρησκευτικά μας πιστεύω και να ανακαλύψουμε ξανά το νόημα της Χριστιανoσύνης στην επίγεια ζωή μας. Ευχόμαστε ο Θεός να χαρίζει σε όλους εσάς, και στις αγαπημένες σας οικογένειες, την «εν Χριστώ» επιφοίτηση, έτσι ώστε να μπορέσετε να βιώνετε το ουσιαστικό νόημα που κατέχουμε ως Ορθόδοξοι Χριστιανοί μέσα στην κοινωνία. Αρχίζοντας το νέο έτος, η Εκκλησία του Ευαγγελισμού της Θεοτόκου στο Winston Salem, επί τη ευκαιρία της μεγάλης Δεσποτικής Εορτής των Θεοφανείων, παρέχει την δυνατότητα σε όλους τους πιστούς να συμμετέχουν στον αγιασμό της εορτής των Θεοφανείων, καλώντας τούς ιερείς να τελέσουν ΑΓΙΑΣΜΟ, είτε στο σπίτι, είτε στο γραφείο, είτε στην επιχείρησή τους κ.τ.λ. Έτσι, με την ευλογία του εν Τριάδι επιφανέντος Θεού και της Εκκλησίας Του, ευχόμαστε η ζωή σας να είναι γεμάτη από όλες τις ευλογίες του Κυρίου μας. Σας παρακαλούμε να συμπληρώσετε το απόκομα με τα απαραίτητα προσωπικά σας στοιχεία, τα οποία χρειάζονται για την επίσκεψη των Ιερέων και να τα στείλετε πίσω στο γραφείο της Εκκλησίας. Our beloved brethren, friends, stewards and faithful parishioners, the Epiphany of the Lord is one of the most significant Feasts in the liturgical life of the Holy Orthodox Church. As we hear the voice of God the Father to reveal the true identity and Divinity of Jesus Christ, as His "Beloved Son" in the Jordan River, let us open our hearts, ears, eyes, minds, and souls and willingly accept Him as our personal Father, Lord, Savior and God. Our prayer is that we become vessels through which the Grace of God will flow and enter the heart of all, purifying, illuminating our minds and sanctifying our lives, so that we may continue, more so now, enthusiastically to live a life in Christ. Furthermore, having participated in the Holy celebration of the Baptism of Jesus Christ and witnessed the Divine revelation of the Holy Trinity (=Theophany), and having received and partaken of the Blessed and Sanctified Waters, we are also called upon to sanctify our homes or our place of business. In accordance with the tradition of the Holy Orthodox Church, if you want to have your home and place of business blessed, please contact the Parish office at (336) 765-7145.
