| POSITION AVAILABLE FOR PARISH ADMINISTRATOR
MISSION: To implement the vision, direction and policies established by the Parish Priest and Parish Council in meeting the mission statement of our Annunciation parish. FUNCTION OF WORK: This administrative position oversees and manages the day-to-day operation and function of the parish. This position facilitates the work of the Parish Council and Parish Priest. LEVEL OF WORK: This is a full time, salaried position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to) FOR DAILY OPERATION OF THE PARISH: · Administration · Finance · Communications · Parishioner Services · Building/Event Services
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum five (5) years of management and administration experience is preferred 2. Excellent managerial, supervisory, administrative, and organizational skills 3. Functional knowledge of Greek preferred 4. Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and desktop publisher and QuickBooks or comparable software 5. Excellent written and oral communication skills along with good interpersonal skills 6. Financial Acumen
